Job description & requirements

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates to help hire team members.
  • Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace and engage with employees, including assisting with internal communications and gathering feedback.
  • Manage the administrative process for new hires, coordinating successful employee onboarding.
  • Support the necessary paperwork and coordination for employee offboarding procedures.
  • Assist the HR team in researching and ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, taking care of compliance, if any.
  • Help communicate and document internal policies, working with department heads to ensure adherence of all policies by the team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
