- Conduct vehicle testing and commissioning according to project requirements.
- Plan, execute, and document functional and performance tests.
- Define and manage vehicle test routes and location logistics.
- Perform control unit software updates, flashing, and maintenance activities.
- Execute measurement and test drive procedures in alignment with safety and quality standards.
- Analyze test data and prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Euro NCAP testing protocols and procedures.
- Solid understanding of vehicle testing processes and system commissioning.
- Knowledge of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and their architecture.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
- Experience using automotive testing tools such as Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, ETAS INCA, ODX/OTX tools, DTS Monaco, or OEM-specific flashing tools.
- Understanding of diagnostic protocols including UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services) and OBD-II.
- Ability to interpret and work with DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).
- Hands-on experience with VCI tools (e.g., Bosch MTS 6531, Vector VN series, Kvaser).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
