Your Role as a Controller (all genders) – more than just reporting

This is not about sitting behind spreadsheets. It's about transforming data into insights and insights into impact.

Controller (all genders)

• Partner directly with the Finance Director to challenge and shape financial strategy.
• Take ownership of monthly analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Translate complex figures into clear stories for management and other departments.
• Strengthen the bridge between Accounting and Operations, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Build and automate reports using Excel, Power BI, and Datev to make processes smarter.
• Contribute to ongoing digitalization projects within our finance landscape.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related area
• 2–6 years of experience in Controlling, Audit, or Tax
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (HGB; IFRS is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset and high proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and Datev is a plus
• Native German, comfortable communicating in English
• Curious, communicative, and self-driven – someone who loves connecting numbers with real-life business
