Content & Communications Intern (f/m/d) (Stealth AI Energy Venture - Germany - Merantix AG

Help tell the story of Europe's first AI-native energy supplier — from Berlin to the world.

Energy markets are volatile, complex, and still running on outdated systems. At Zeus Energy, we're building Europe's first AI-native full-stack energy supplier — a digital-first platform that helps businesses buy, manage, and optimize their energy with intelligence, speed, and transparency.

Backed by Merantix, Europe's leading AI venture studio, we combine deep expertise in energy, AI, and venture building. At this early stage, telling our story to the world is just as critical as building the product — and that's where you come in.

Joining Zeus means working directly with all three founders to shape how we communicate with customers, investors, and the broader energy ecosystem.

Your role

We're looking for a Content & Communications Intern who's excited to help build our voice, shape our narrative, and grow our brand from the ground up. You'll work closely with the founders and our design team to create high-quality, engaging content that connects with our audience.

You will:

• Support in crafting Zeus's story and tone of voice across all channels
• Create and publish content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and our blog
• Research topics around AI, energy, and technology to produce thought-leadership posts
• Help prepare customer and investor-facing materials (case studies, one-pagers, decks)
• Assist in maintaining an organized content calendar and tracking performance metrics
• Collaborate with designers to align visuals and messaging
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and “build in public” updates

• Currently studying Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field
• Strong writing skills and an eye for storytelling — you enjoy making complex topics simple and engaging
• Curious about startups, technology, and the energy transition
• Hands-on mindset: you like taking ownership and learning by doing
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Canva, Notion, or automation tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
