Cloud/DevOps Engineer

Join a cutting-edge AI company as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer, where you'll bridge technical expertise with customer support to ensure seamless deployment and optimal performance of our cloud-based AI solutions. This onsite role in San Francisco will require a strong background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps tools, and customer engagement, helping to support and deploy our products on platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary technical contact for our customers, fostering relationships and providing high-level support and guidance.
• Lead customers through deployments on various cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS ECS.
• Diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues, working alongside customers to tailor solutions to their needs.
• Contribute to product improvements that proactively address common deployment challenges.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers, assisting with self-hosted setups and configurations.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team, voicing customer insights to drive product enhancements and feature development.

Qualifications include:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or Customer/Solutions Engineer, preferably in an enterprise software environment.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience in managing on-premise and cloud-based deployment pipelines.
• Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills; able to work closely with customers daily to assist with deployments and resolve issues.
• Coding Ability: Hands-on coding experience is a plus (Python, TypeScript, or React preferred).
• Startup Savvy: Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment; prior experience in a startup is highly desirable.
• Flexible Schedule: Comfortable working extended hours as needed, with a flexible, adaptive approach to meet startup demands.
