About the Role
Do you have experience leading large-scale stock condition surveys and coordinating teams of surveyors?
As part of their national team, you will play a pivotal role i managing survey programmesn , ensuring quality data, and building strong client relationships.
Role highlights:
- Lead mass stock condition survey projects and manage freelance/agency teams
- Liaise closely with clients, ensuring legislative complianceaccurate reporting
- asset strategies, investment planning, and regulatory compliance
- Manchester or London
- Support the development of junior team members and contribute to business growth
- Strong experience in housing consultancy or a housing organisation (client-side or consultancy)
- housing legislation, building safety, and compliance
- manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills—able to present findings and influence clients
- Ideally MRICS or CIH qualified (or working towards)
- commercially aware
